TERMS & CONDITIONS

AVAILABILITY
Occasionally unforeseen demand or supply issues may result in stock being unavailable. We will contact you in a timely manner, and offer you the opportunity to wait for, cancel or change your order. Your credit card is not charged until your order is processed.

ACCURACY
We do our best to represent all of our products as true to life as possible. If you find that the product is not as you expected, then you are able to return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the item. Postage costs incurred when returning the item will not be reimbursed.

GENERAL LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall One Day at a Time, its proprietor, officers, servants, agents, successors and assigns be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, loss of product, or consequential, indirect or incidental loss or damage suffered as a consequence of use of this website, placement of an order or purchase of a product, howsoever arising. This cannot be included as it breaches a Consumer Guarantee contained within the Australian Consumer Law. DELIVERY POLICY
One Day at a Time Online accepts Visa and MasterCard only. Delivery Policy applies to online store orders ONLY. This policy does not apply to any other One Day at a Time store locations.

AUSTRALIA
One Day at a Time Online offers free delivery within Australia on all orders priced at $51 and above. Orders under $51 will incur a $10 delivery charge. Your order will be delivered within 1 – 5 working days, depending on whether you live in an express post zone. If you live outside of the express post zone, your package will still be given priority and should be received within 3 days of processing as per Australian Post guidelines.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive your invoice and tracking number via email, Please see http://auspost.com.au/ for more information. Orders will be processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please be sure to indicate your daytime delivery address.

Currency is in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

NEW ZEALAND
One Day at a Time Online offers a flat rate of $30 AUD to ship to New Zealand. Your order will be delivered within 5-10 working days.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive your invoice and tracking number via email. Please see http://auspost.com.au/ for more information. Orders will be processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please be sure to indicate your daytime delivery address.

Currency is in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

INTERNATIONAL
One Day at a Time Online offers a flat rate of $60 AUD to ship internationally. Your order will be delivered within 10-14 working days, depending on your country of residence.

Orders will be processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please be sure to indicate your daytime delivery address.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available we will notify you (via email or telephone) in a timely manner. One Day at a Time uses the postal services provided by Australia Post for local, interstate and International Delivery. 

Once Day at a Time will not be responsible for delivery outside the time lines provided in circumstances where the delay is caused by matters out of its control.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy applies to online store orders ONLY. This policy does not apply to any other One Day at a Time store locations.

If you would like to return your purchase, please download and complete the ONLINE RETURN FORM and return it with the item/s. Refunds must be applied for within 7 days of purchase unless the item is faulty. Only items in perfect, unworn condition, with all tags attached are eligible for refund.

Once the garment has been inspected and approved, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account.

One Day at a Time Online will not reimburse or compensate for lost packages. We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SALE
Sale items and items purchased using a discount/coupon code are non-refundable. (Any item with a reduced price is a SALE item). Once a sale item has been purchased the transaction is final.

INCORRECT SIZE
If you have purchased an item that is the incorrect size, please return it within 7 days of receiving the item with a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM. 

Once the item is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the item has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, you will be refunded the total cost of the item. You can reorder the item in your preferred size through the One Day at a Time online store at any time. The cost of posting your item back will not be refunded. Sale items and items purchased using a discount/coupon code are non-refundable.

WRONG ITEM
If you have received an incorrect item, please return with a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM and a copy of your postage receipt. Your postage costs will be refunded and the correct item will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

FAULTY ITEMS
Each item is carefully inspected before an order is sent, however should a garment arrive in less-than-perfect condition, it will be refunded free of any extra postal charge. When returning a faulty item you will need to include a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM and a copy of your postage receipt. 

If One Day at a Time Online deems the item to be faulty, we will refund the total cost of the item as well as any postage fees. Refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving the faulty item. Please be mindful that if our quality control team deems the item not to be faulty or to have been tampered with, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange the return of the item.

Due to health and safety reasons, all items must be clean for the item to be refunded. If the item is returned in an unacceptable condition One Day at a Time Online will notify the customer and it will be their responsibility to organise the items return.
